Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tummi. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your content

You own the content you post — ratings, photos, comments, collections, and trips. By posting, you give us a license to host and display that content to operate Tummi (for example, showing your ratings to your followers). You are responsible for the content you post. If you add collaborators to a trip, they can view and edit it; you are responsible for who you invite.

Tummi Pro subscriptions

Some features require a paid Tummi Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refund requests are handled by Apple. We may change prices or what Tummi Pro includes; price changes apply to future billing periods and you will be notified in advance. AI features included in Tummi Pro have monthly usage limits.

Points and rankings

Points, leaderboards, tiers, and yearly summaries are for fun. They have no cash value, and we may adjust, reset, or discontinue them at any time, including to correct abuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post content or use Tummi in ways that:

• are illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or defamatory;
• are sexually explicit or exploit or endanger minors;
• infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
• are spam, scams, or deliberately misleading;
• attempt to probe, disrupt, or abuse our systems or other users.

Tummi has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report objectionable content or block users in the app. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that violates these terms, and suspend or terminate the accounts that posted it. Disclaimers

Tummi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ratings and place information are user-generated or sourced from third parties (including Google and Mapbox, whose terms also apply to that data) and may be inaccurate. Recommendations, trip itineraries, and dish guides are generated by AI and may be wrong, outdated, or describe places that have closed; check hours and details before you go. You may not scrape, extract, or redistribute place data from Tummi. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tummi.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Tummi after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
