Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tummi. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your content

You own the content you post — ratings, photos, comments, and collections. By posting, you give us a license to host and display that content to operate Tummi (for example, showing your ratings to your followers). You are responsible for the content you post.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post content or use Tummi in ways that:

• are illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or defamatory;
• are sexually explicit or exploit or endanger minors;
• infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
• are spam, scams, or deliberately misleading;
• attempt to probe, disrupt, or abuse our systems or other users.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can report objectionable content or block users in the app; we review reports and act on violations. To report an issue directly, email support@tummi-app.com.

Disclaimers

Tummi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ratings and place information are user-generated or sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tummi.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Tummi after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
